Our firm handles E-3 visas for Australians which are visas similar to H-1Bs for people in specialty occupations.  We prepare a package that identifies the specialty occupation and ensures that the prevailing wage covering the metropolitan statistical area in a particular job category will be offered by the sponsoring company. The LCA is first filed with the U.S. Department of Labor while the balance of the case including information about the Beneficiary’s background and the corporation are prepared.

An E-3 visa holder is often already on U.S. soil and ready to leave their company to transfer to another.  This type of case is called an Extension of E-3 status with New Employer.  But we also have new E-3 applicants who are in Australia or working overseas in another country, a third country, who wish to file their case through a U.S. consulate in order to make a new, expedited entry to the United States to keep working. Our case preparation extends to the U.S. consulate when a person is not on U.S. soil and needs to utilize this path for an incoming visa entry.
